Template — review with counsel before launch. This is a starting point tailored to a lead-generation site that shares leads with installers and runs ad-platform tracking. It is not legal advice.
Who we are
TurfWarden ("we", "us") helps homeowners in the Greater Tampa Bay area get matched with a verified artificial turf installer. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Details you provide: your name, phone number, email (optional), property address, and answers about your yard, its intended use, and your timeline.
- Automatic data: IP address, browser/user-agent, referring URL, and marketing attribution parameters (e.g. UTM tags, Google/Meta click IDs).
- Analytics & advertising: we use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel that set cookies or similar technologies to measure conversions.
How we use your information
- To match you with, and share your request with, a verified installer so they can contact you about your project.
- To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email.
- To measure and improve our marketing and website performance.
How we share your information
When you submit a request, we share your details with the installer we match you with so they can provide a quote. We also share limited data with service providers (hosting, database, email, analytics, advertising) that help us operate. We do not sell your information for unrelated purposes.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access or delete your information by contacting us.
- You can opt out of calls/texts at any time (see our Terms).
- You can control cookies through your browser and ad-platform settings.
