Who we are

TurfWarden ("TurfWarden", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Fransisco Wiles Marketing LLC, 7901 4th St N #19293 ST.PETERSBURG, FL 33702. We help homeowners in the Greater Tampa Bay area get matched with a verified artificial turf installer for a free, no-obligation estimate.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to turfwarden.com and any form, landing page, call, or text message operated by TurfWarden.

It covers two groups: homeowners who request an estimate, and installers — artificial turf contractors who create a TurfWarden account to receive customer leads. Where a practice applies to only one group, we say so.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, mobile or landline phone number, email address (optional), property address, and your answers about your yard size, intended use, current turf condition, and project timeline.
• Installer account information. If you register as a contractor, we collect your name, business email address, business mobile phone number, business name, service area, and licensing and insurance details, plus your account settings and your history of leads assigned, accepted, and declined.
• Consent records. When you check the consent box on our form — whether you are a homeowner requesting an estimate or an installer opting in to lead alerts — we record the exact disclosure language shown to you, the date and time, your IP address, and the page URL. We keep this record to demonstrate that you gave prior express written consent to be contacted.
• Communications. The content of text messages, emails, and calls between you and TurfWarden, including your opt-in and opt-out requests. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where permitted by law; you will be notified at the start of the call.
• Automatically collected data. IP address, device and browser type, user agent, referring URL, pages viewed, and marketing attribution parameters (for example UTM tags, Google Click ID / gclid, and Meta Click ID / fbclid).
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel to measure conversions and website performance. These set cookies or similar identifiers on your device.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

How we use your information

• To match you with a verified artificial turf installer in your area.
• To contact you about the estimate you requested — by phone call, text message (SMS), and email — including scheduling, confirming, and following up on your appointment.
• To operate installer accounts: to assign leads, and — if you checked the SMS consent box — to text your business mobile number when a new lead is assigned to your account, along with related account and lead status notifications.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To verify your consent and maintain our internal do-not-contact list.
• To measure and improve our advertising, website, and matching quality.
• To detect and prevent fraud, spam submissions, and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

In plain terms: your mobile number and your SMS consent are never sold, rented, or handed to lead aggregators, data brokers, affiliate networks, or any other company for their own marketing. Your SMS opt-in is not transferable and does not travel with your record.

The one exception you agree to when you submit our form is the single installer we match you with. That installer is named to you as a recipient at the moment you give consent, receives your details only so it can provide the estimate you asked for, and is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other marketing, from reselling it, and from sharing it onward. If you are an installer, the same rule protects you. The business mobile number you register and the SMS consent you give for lead alerts are used only by TurfWarden to notify you about leads assigned to your account. We do not sell them, share them with other contractors or with any third party for marketing, or use them to send you promotional messages. Reply STOP to any lead alert, or turn SMS off in your account settings, and the alerts stop without affecting your account. See our installer SMS Terms for the full program details.

How we share your information

• Your matched installer. When you submit a request, we share your name, phone number, email, property address, and project answers with the one installer we match you with, so they can contact you and prepare a quote. This is the service you are requesting.
• Installer contact details. When we match you, we give you the name and contact information of your installer so you can reach them. An installer's registered business mobile number and SMS consent are used only for TurfWarden lead alerts and are not disclosed to homeowners or to other contractors.
• Service providers. Vendors that operate the site and our communications on our behalf — hosting and deployment, database, email delivery, SMS delivery, CRM and workflow automation, and analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Advertising and measurement platforms. Google and Meta receive event and conversion data tied to online identifiers so we can measure ad performance. We do not send them your SMS consent record.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number, email, or SMS consent with lead aggregators, affiliate marketers, or any party other than the single installer you were matched with.

Your choices and rights

• Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Stop calls. Ask to be removed during any call, or email privacy@turfwarden.com. We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor requests promptly, and in any event within 10 business days.
• Stop email. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Email us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will verify your identity before acting. Note that we retain consent and opt-out records after deletion where we are legally required to, in order to prove compliance and to keep honoring your opt-out.
• Cookies and tracking. Control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser opt-out add-on , and adjust ad personalization at Google My Ad Center and in your Meta ad settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
• Do Not Call registries. You may register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. Because you gave us prior express written consent, we may still contact you until you opt out with us directly.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. To exercise any right, email privacy@turfwarden.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

How long we keep your information

We keep lead information for as long as needed to provide the match and for our own record-keeping, and consent and opt-out records for at least five years, which is the period during which telemarketing claims may be brought. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access-controlled databases, and limited internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party sites

Our site and messages may link to sites we do not operate, including your matched installer's own website. Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes affecting how we contact you will be posted here before they take effect.
